A quick recipe for Squid with Galic
|1-2 tbsp||Vegetable oil (fine olive oil is good here)|
|2-3 cloves||Garlic, chopped|
|100gr (4oz)||Squid, cut into rings|
When preparing this dish, if you serve with pasta, make sure the pasta water is on and almost boiling when you start the squid and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, very gently fry the garlic. The garlic should not colour up.
When pasta is cooked and drained, add squid and let it heat up in thes garlic and oil.
Serve with pasta, such as spaghetti or linguini.
